—— Pyramid Roller (Slip Roller) ——
This listing is for a DIY slip roller which comes with all of the necessary parts required to fabricate your very own slip roller that is capable of rolling up to 1/4" thick mild steel up to 11.5" wide (as big as we have tested so far). With the kit we also include the components that, once welded together, will allow you to utilize a harbor freight or equivalent pipe threader to use as your drive mechanism instead of hand crank. We highly recommend going this route instead of the standard hand crank.
DIY Kit - Assembly time takes roughly 2-3 hours from start to finish.
Fully Assembled Variant - we will fabricate and ship the assembly so it is ready to use upon delivery.

1.) Flat Packed Option Includes: All laser cut components required to weld your top (legs / casters / leveling feet sold separately)
2.) Fully Welded Option - This option includes a fully welded 4' x 4' x 6" top and includes 3x3 legs that come pre-welded (specify height you need) with leveling feet. If you need rolling / locking casters that is additional.

If you're looking at this, then you have likely already been researching these. Like all laser cut welding tables, our tolerances are accurate down to 0.005+_ of an inch. We designed our table in-house to ensure the cut parameters match our system to ensure accuracy and excellent fit up.
What we like about our 3D Welding Fixture Table over others we have seen is that we added a 2 x 2 grid as well as a 48" ruler on 3 faces. We are a full time fabrication shop and designed this table to help us improve efficiency and accuracy. Being able to utilize the integrated rulers (zero points starting at the corner and edges) means you can quickly lay up, fit up and tack without having to pull a tape, square, or ruler.

Our custom made C Channel Stabilizer jig will make adding C channel or U channel stiffeners to the underside of your slab a breeze.
Laser cut from 0.25" thick steel, our three-piece c channel stabilizer jig will allow you to router out your flange dados and then switch over to our flushing jig which will allow you to install the channel flush with the underside of the slab.
We have designed a system that works with 2" channel as well as 3 inch channel (separate items)
This is the easiest system you can find on the market that will give you great results without the stress / anxiety of messing up.
